Q：I purchased this and the laser is not visible on any tv screens I have tested it on yet. Has anyone else found this issue?
A: The presenter with Red Laser can’t be used to TV screen.

Q: We have installed the receiver and know that the battery is working as the laser lights up but we can’t get the clicker to do anything?
A: If you haven’t started your slideshow, you need to start it before the clicker does anything.
Q: Will this work with plain pdf files on linux?
A: Yes, it will.
Q: If two of these are used near each other in different computers, will the signals get crossed? Will one remote control both computers?
A: No, it won’t. But please plug the first usb into computer, and then wait for its automatical installation recognising. After the first one works, then you can plug the second usb into another computer and wait for its automatical installation recognising.
